They lost my all invoice copy. delivering product without any invoice. All for a simple id proof they ask me to go for 5KM for an address prof. Even though they have printer in the front office. Disgusting service.

Staffs are not that cooperative, even though hamali charge was included in bill , they are asking for separate money for hamali.

Very rude behaviour of the staff. Doesn't pickup the calls. Charges extra for Gate Pass. Don't go for it.

Extremely poor service. The order items are misplaced to many customers. Customers suffer a lot when go to recieve the order. I personally ordered a machine from Gujarat of 4 packets to Gorchuk. After reaching to Guwahati I went to receive my order after 4 days and also confirmed with the Gorchuk VRL personal. After reaching they told that your order not yet received and only 1 item is available. 5 hours I did struggle, shouted, cried then they found that another 3 items kept in other warehouse which is 35 km away. My truck, labour all are kept waiting. So after 8 hours I got my order. This is not only to me but in front of me another 3 customers were also the same problems and they are were also doing their own way to handle their problems. Please please ban this company until they are certified with quality assurance.

Very poor response and behaviour they need to change their staffs

Frauds. I had to give police complaint to get my car back. They assign a polite, well-mannered person to lure you into taking their services. Then at the time of delivery, someone else takes over and talks rudely. 50% payment during delivery is a trick. They ask for it 2-3 days before delivery and refuses to deliver until payment is made in advance. Delivery was 7 days delayed on both occasions I used their service. There is always considerable damage to the goods. Never again will I use their service.
