Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Kamrup (M)

The legal aid counter has misguided me of the court fine amount. The court must keep an eye over such misconducts of it's employees. People visit court for justice or for hearing the their problems and not to get cheated by the employees. People may give kharcha paani but they have no right to misguide public.

Popularly known as CJM Court. You get Stamp Paper, Notary Officer, too many Lawyers, Open Law Book Store, and Office of All Assam Lawyer Association along with Few Judges Courts. Client Lawyer meeting under big trees along the side of river Brahmaputra gives you some unique feeling. The ratio of male lawyer : female lawyer is more or less equal, this add some more uniqueness to this place. Besides this 2 mid size canteen and small eating shops are there.

CJM court along with the Lawyers Association Guwahati (LAG). The view of the river from the parking lot is very good. You have to find your own parking space because parking on-campus is for advocates and staff only.

Its a public place so its horrible in hygiene and otger factors. No proper sanitation. No drinking water facilities. Its extremely unhygienic place. Govt. Should plan and implement more sanitation facilities in govt areas such as these.

This is a CJM famous court of Guwahati city...All important tasks are completed through it.

It's a very crowded place during office hours. Parking available at nearby ropeway station

Whenever you ask for the small helps the lawyers will ask you for the money too. Idk i think we should also pay fine challan to the government plus to the lawyers too. Great 👍
