Very bad.. not good... Very unhygienic and once found fungus in the curd.. better go to any other restaurants than that place where insects come to food and the water tastes like sewerage water

1. Polite but unprofessional waiters. 2. Total Seating capacity of 10 under a single fan. 3. Food is not bad. Suggested for a quick bite not heavy meals.

I have visited this sweet shop several times, and I noticed one big hygiene problem. The staff serve sweets and and other items with their bare hands. According to hygiene rules, they should wear gloves or use tongs while serving customers. I had already complained about this to the owner before, and at that time, the owner agreed to fix it. But when I visited again later, I saw the same problem. Even after being told many times, they do not care about following proper hygiene. It is clear that they do not take customer complaints seriously, and this is very disappointing. Because of this, I have now decided that I will never buy anything from them again.

Food is good but the staff behaviour is totally unprofessional. They will keep ignoring you unless you ask them for the order to be placed repeatedly.

Disappointing Experience at Tiwari Sweets This Evening. I wanted to share a troubling experience I had this evening at Tiwari Sweets. Despite a long-standing relationship with the founder of this store, I was humiliated when staff rudely called me back after making a GPay payment, insisting I show the transaction on my mobile, even though their UPI machine confirmed it loudly & clearly. They claimed it's "normal" for customers to show their phones, which only added to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. This is a stark contrast to the warmth and respect I received from the store’s founder, who always treated me like family. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in customer service at a place we once valued. Please keep this in mind when visiting. # Missing the presence of 'Tiwai Koka'
