If anyone wishes to learn Sattriya in its purest form, I believe she is the best mentor. The classes are further enriched by Shri Debajit Saikia, mentor of the Khol, whose teaching adds immense depth to the learning experience.

Anwesa Mahanta is one of the leading exponents of Sattriya Dance and is a recipient of many prestigious awards. Her contribution is manifold, as she has been teaching the nuances of this Indian Classical Dance form to people belonging to different age groups, profession etc. Anwesa Mahanta is taking the baton forward by doing research on the subject matter of Sattriya in an international context. Really a great place for Sattriya Dance,Khol and Borgeet classes. The teacher, Dr. Anwesha Mananta madam is so friendly and hard working that the student feel comfortable to learn.
