I am a former student of Tapan phukan sir who is the tutor of this Institute. I have played guitar since I was in class 8 and I have worked with many recognised artist of our country as a session artist like Taba chake, Chorun mugli etc. It was Tapan sir who introduced me with the theory and importance of it. Before meeting him, I was playing things without even knowing it. It is very important to know theory because if you compose something and you cannot transcript it in theory, it becomes hard to remember things because as we grow in our music we start to forget things. It was very joyful and a great experience for me. The best thing about this Institute is you will find very homely and comfortable environment. No matter how many times you ask questions and answers or your doubts, you will always get respond in a very calm and sweet manner. Currently, I'm working as a civil engineer in govt.sector or else I would have continued to learn. Trust me - You will not regret and your skills and techniques will grow 3x. Its a great place for learning music and that too at a reasonable fee. I have been learning there for the past 5 years under Tapan Phukan Sir and i highly recommend it for both beginner and experienced musicians alike.
