The clinic truly stands out for its excellent service and professionalism. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted warmly by the receptionist, Manashi, whose polite and welcoming nature immediately sets a positive tone. My orthodontist, Dr. Sowndarya Vasudevan, is an absolute expert in her field—her precision, expertise, and calm, friendly demeanor made the entire treatment journey comfortable and reassuring. She explains everything clearly, ensures you feel at ease, and genuinely cares about her patients. The entire staff is courteous and supportive, maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment throughout every visit. Another great advantage is the attached pharmacy, making it convenient to purchase any required medicines right beside the clinic. The only drawback is the lack of parking space, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, I’d rate Medicity Dental Super Speciality Clinic a solid 4 out of 5 stars for their top-notch dental care, amazing staff, and outstanding patient experience.

I had a great experience with Dr Pranab paul,But me being the medical staff just did not like that non of the dentist use proper septic method to extract the tooth and while removal of stitches… The one star is because of that…i highly recommend the administration to look after the matter..using sterile gloves is must in any septic method which is a bare minimum.but they didn’t use that also
