First of all a big thank-you from my side to Dr. Ashim Roy sir and Dr. Mukut sir for the treatment you have provided. Dr. Mukut sir has introduced me to Dr. Ashim Roy sir and the treatment experience was great. As my case was a little bit complex, initially there was doubt in my mind as I wasn't sure about the treatment procedure, but Ashim sir explained nicely the whole process of treatment which gave me the courage to undergo treatment. He started the treatment and slowly results were showing and now I am so much happy and confident with the results after the completion of my treatment. Thank you again Dr. Ashim Roy sir for the magical result and also Dr. Mukut sir, you both took my responsibility as your own sister. Now I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dental service.

I was referred here by a different doctor otherwise i wouldn't have chosen it personally. My experience has been bitter specially with Dr. Ashim Das. First he charged me 5k on the package. I requested them if they can lessen the amount but their reply was quite straight which was No. So i persuaded myself with the quality of service but that too was a major disappointment later on. After i had my braces out, they asked another 5k for retainers. Then i reminded them of the contracted amount which was made in the beginning of service. Dr. Ashim literally denied even when i had prescription with me. He accused me for lying. And when i confronted abt it with the senior doctor Mukut and he said that I'll get my retainers and i dont have to pay for it. After which Dr. Ashim asked me not to call him ever. ☺️ That was the professionalism i met there. Also the retainers i received was not mine. They handed me wrong sized outdated hawley's retainers. And during the time I started noticing relapse in my diastema. These doctors never cared for me and wasted my 1.5 years of struggle with braces and also the amount associated. Get yourself a good doctor who is also a good person, who has got ethics in his job. With my bitter experience i request please look for a better doctor. Do some research because once your treatment starts its a lot of headache later on. I have started my treatment with a different doctor now. He seems to be very professional and provides quality service.

Dr Ashim is one of the best orthodontist in Guwahati and he is one of the most experienced orthodontist. He is very considerate and respectful in his conduct. Dr Mukut and his dental staff are one of the excellent in terms of patient management. This clinic is blessed with best orthodontist and endodontist in Guwahati. I must say Dr Ashim is very experienced dental braces expert and he also does consultation in Kolkata and other parts of Eastern India.
