They will lie just to sell their products quickly. Bought an AC on 4th and they said installation will be done yesterday. But I am still suffering from the heat. They said it won't be done today also. Really disappointed with their customer service. Edit: Finally Ac is installed today. Thank you! Hopefully I will give 5 star in the future :)

Worst showroom in GS road. Their staffs are very rude... Don't have manners to speak with customers. I visited to buy air cooler but i found that they are selling 2nd hand cooler saying brand new. They are fraud.

Worst customer experience ever I have faced, went to buy a smartphone of realmi or redmi but influenced and confused with other cheap phone because of their commission, Later when realised, they decline to replace the phone. Also you will get huge difference between presales and post sales service. Better you buy from Flipkart or Amazon.
