I'm writing this review after 3 months of treatment. This may be a long review. I have been suffering from Alopecia Barbae for 8-9 months. When I found Dr. Dey suggested by a sister, at first glance I was worried about the review but after the treatment I realised everything. She was not rude but also not very open. Here I attached some photos. On the first day my treatment started, I got injected steroids medicine and Dr. told me that if the hair follicles doesn't come after one injection then i might take 2 to 3 injections. But by the god grace one injection solved my problem. Along with that She gave me Minoxidil 5% solution for 4 months and vitamin D tablets. Told me also to test blood. After 1 month you can see hair regrowth comes back. You have to be patient and regularly use twice minoxidil and take those prescribed medicines. The treatment is a little costly, it was around 7 to 8k for me. But I am happy atleast my bread came back. Thank you for going through my review.

Firstly it starts with the visiting fee. They charged me Rs. 800 and when I asked for why the price is so high. They replied me that the next check up is included, as if Iam bound to visit the Doctor again. Secondly she tried to examine my wife from a distance and came to a conclusion that it's a mental issue that feels the itchiness. That was my First and the Last Day.

Worst dermatologist ever.. plays with the feelings of patients, leaving them depressed and disheartened. She has no clue how the patient feels because of her behaviour and interactions. Her medications can leave you traumatized for life. The arrogance in her tone, the carelessness towards the patients and more the less important, the trauma given for life is worth not experiencing at all. Definately, not recommended to any patient. Hope this helps!

I am not satisfied with the manners, when I entered the room and said "hello ma'am" to her and in return I didn't get any quick response from her, even I was not offered to be seated soon and was standing for a while as she was busy in scrolling the mobile screen. She should know that " sometimes Physician's behaviour works far better than medicines". Totally disappointed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Indrani Dey at Aesthetic Skin Care Six Mile Guwahati. The way she behaved with patients was completely unacceptable. Not only were she rude and dismissive, but she also showed a lack of empathy and understanding towards my concerns. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a medical professional, especially when seeking help and guidance during vulnerable times. I believe a doctor should exhibit compassion and understanding, but unfortunately this is not her cup of tea. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their healthcare needs. No one should have to endure the kind of treatment I received from this doctor.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received from Dr. Indrani Dey (Dermatologist) during my recent visit to her clinic. As a patient seeking medical care, I expected to be treated with respect and empathy, but unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Dey was quite the opposite. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Dey displayed a concerning level of rudeness and arrogance. She seemed dismissive of my concerns and questions, and their condescending tone made me feel uncomfortable and belittled. It was clear that they did not value open communication or patient-centered care. As someone who places a great deal of importance on a positive doctor-patient relationship, I was deeply disappointed by Dr. Dey's demeanor. I believe that effective healthcare involves not only medical expertise but also the ability to connect with patients on a human level. Regrettably, this aspect was sorely lacking in my interaction with Dr. Dey. Patients should feel heard, respected, and understood during their medical appointments. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that no other patient has to endure such a distressing experience. Improving the communication skills and interpersonal interactions of your Derma Doctor will undoubtedly lead to better patient outcomes and a more positive overall experience.

If there was an option for negative star, I would have given that..!! I have never met such ill mannered, self centred person ever in my life.!! She behaves is if she have conquer the whole world. A doctor should be well spoken to his/her patient. She have taken degree but forgot to take lessons on behaviour. Safe yourself from her.
