I’ve had a very good experience with BIDS and I’m really happy with my treatment. The doctor and staff have been kind, professional, always made me feel cared for and made sure i understand each step. The cost of the treatment was also reasonable. I wanted to share my positive experience.Everyone’s journey is different, but I’d definitely recommend BIDS based on mine.

I had the worst experience with this doctor. I was suffering from intense itching sessions every day since 2024 january, went to more than 6 dermatologists in Ghy. No one could give any diagnosis inspite of telling them the various symptoms. For the last 1 and a half year I had so much medicines. At the very end I went to KN Baruah. But all the dermatologists in Ghy are the same, they don't take any history, just gives more and more medicines everytime you visit them. I went to KN Baruah 3 times. Then I decided I should go to Delhi , Medanta. The dermatologist there instantly told me I am having allergic reaction to some food. And then he asked me to take a comprehensive allergy test costing 13000 rs. And finally after 1 and a half year I got my diagnosis and proper medicines. If I avoid the particular food items I can finally live a normal life. Dont go to Ghy dermatologists if you can, they won't give you any diagnosis. They will just give you medicine upon medicine till you develop a secondary disease. I am writing this because I am very disappointed with the kind of dermatologist we have in Assam. PATHETIC!!!

My mother has been going to your clinic since months now and the “doctor” could not treat it till now . But he also does not declare that it is untreatable and that she is hoping in vain . Instead he is pro at giving hopes to that old lady who is spending so much for her skin treatment just to appear presentable for her sons’ wedding . Do not deceive patients like this doctor , your father is a good man but you are not .

When you do good work....the others will be after you.. this is the Most Trusted, renowned and reliable dermatologist in entire north east. Diagnosis is done properly and medical treatment is very modern and no non sense. My treatment from here has saved me a lot of money and it's very cost effective. As a regular patient, I am disheartened to see so many fake reviews against this credible institution,added by the fake doctors marketing team. Very bad doctor. I went to him when I was in class 8 for eczema treatment and he gave lots of steroids which made it worse and I had to skip school for weeks and was afraid to see myself in the mirror . Finally I was able to cure my eczema myself through proper diet and care. My recommendation is to take care of diet instead of going to doctors who does business instead of treatment
