Dr Rajib Gogoi

I saw and heard his name in the list of top dermatologists of Guwahati, but it definitely seemed different when I visited him. I have given him 1 star due to the following reasons: 1. The visiting charge is way too high i.e ₹800 per visit. 2. After paying a visiting charge of ₹800, he hardly examined me for 2mins, that too from distance. 3. Whatever medications he prescribed me didn't work at all. No improvements at all. I am not willing to visit him again because I seriously do not want to waste any penny again.

Worst experiece! 1) Rs 800 for consultation . 2) Very rude doctor. So, I visited this doctor and he asked me what was my complaints, and so I told him that I had an inflamed scalp which is like pimple type on my scalp, and then he started asking me what is inflamation and explain it in my own words, and started lecturing me rudely! How am I suppose to know the difference? Horrible experience overall! Not worth a single penny.

Want to give zero star but couldn’t. Never ever visit this place. This is my genuine review after the experience which I have faced while visiting this doctor named Dr.Rajib Kr Gogoi. First of all Medicity charge Rs.800 for an appointment, (way too much) , ok let’s forget about the charge, the doctor’s attitude is pathetic, he told me he didn’t have enough time to give each and every patient visiting him, I just want to know if you don’t have enough time then kindly visit one centre in a day as your patients might have queries to discuss with you, you should give them the time they need to because they are paying a huge amount. This is the first and last time m visiting 🙏🏻

Very poor customer care staff and reception. Got appointment for 9.30 am but told that Dr.Rajib Gogoi cancelled the appointment. If appointment is cancelled at last moment it should have been informed. Customer care executive have no coordination with the reception desk and the concerned doctor. Very poor staff. I went there after Google suggested he was one of the top dermatologists, as I was suffering from an acne-related problem. He prescribed me medicine for 10 days and asked me to come for a review after 15-20 days. The medicine he prescribed has worsened my situation, and now I have developed many new skin issues.

Doctor is so rude, he is so unprofessional. Please don't visit him, and if you don't believe me then go and find it by yourself. He will not even listen you properly.

Dr. Rajib Gogoi, of Medicity Guwahati is a very good dermatologist. I was suffering from some kind of skin allergies and after taking med. prescribed by him I am feeling better now and hope I will completely get rid of the skin problem. Moreover, the staff and service of Medicity is good too.

The best dermat in town! After searching for like my whole life, finally someone recommended him. He got rid of my acne and also removed my mole via radio frequency surgery. Did not feel anything. Thanks a ton.
