Wish i could give a negative rating. Ill mannered receptionists. When you run a medical care centre you need to be emphatic. They lack sympathy, empathy and worst they don't have manners of how to talk. How to address a issue . Even the doctors don't reach on time. When you request them to call the doctor once after waiting for one and half n hour for her arrival yet the receptionist reckless says the doctors knows better . I wish they would understand one doesn't go to lab for fun . They have medical conditions which sometimes require immediate attention or sometimes it's ok if there is lapse in time. But when you run such labs try to learn manners first .
