My aunty died because they gave this contrast mixed with water orally. The label clearly shows it to only administer by IV. The Radiology department is the worst. Please dont do there if you want to actually treat people. My aunty went there for routine checkup ended up in ICU then Ventilator then death bed.

A proper review of the center :- Really appreciatable service provided here, I must say. The front desk team is well-informed and very well behaved, unlike few other diagnostic centers I have gone in the past. Results are also very accurate, given the advanced methods and state-of-the-art technology they use. I have come here in the past as well. Yesterday, I came to do tests for my mom and aunt, and a front desk woman by the name Purabi helped me out nicely, and also helped in collecting the reports timely which saved me a lot of time since I had shortage of time. Truly appreciating support from her end. Also, yesterday I saw in case of serious patients, they provide instant support regarding tests and results and don't let the people go through any extra waiting time. They take care of all the hasslework and look to provide best support. The doctor team is quite good here compared to many other places. Truly quality support provided here. Commendable work and recommend more people to go here for their tests from the city and other places.

This is my regular place of visit for medical tests as prescribed by my doctor. Positives 👇 (4 Star) 1. The place is clean with ample of sitting area. Toilets and drinking water also available. 2. Test being carried out professionally. 3. Reception staffs are quick and professional. Negatives 👇 (2 Star) 1. No parking space available. 2. Price of tests are very high as compared to even other hospitals. 3. Non English speaking mostly. If you know the local language Assamese then no problem. Special Advice : Ask for the price of each medical test before you pay for anything, because some tests are very expensive, it might shock you.

Neat and clean.. They provide test report on same day.. Prices are reasonable.. Large sitting arrangements for their customer with Television and a beautiful Aquarium. Employee's behavior are good.. Dr. Mess is one of the best radiologist of Assam. Alcare also provide text message notifications to their customers.. You can also check your test report on their Automatic machine. Overall it's a good diagnostic center in Guwahati.. Thank you

Visit to the Alcare diagnostic centre was Very Much satisfactory for me.... The staff are very much co-operative... Well maintained lab.... Covid rules are followed as per guidelines... Also the customer care service the lady was very Much supportive. Very clean and well maintained place.. Things are done in a professional way.. Well equipped lab with all kinds of advanced technology.. Reports are given within 24 hours of the test and results are very accurate and can be completely relied upon.. Located at the central place of the city makes it more easy for people to approach.. Staff are professional. But as it crowded mostly during day time, service I felt bit slow and you need to ask repeatedly about queries. Otherwise the premise is well maintained, and tests are done by qualified people.
