There is no option to share photos otherwise I could show in which situation right now I'm in . On 11/11/25, I went to do blood test but the person who took my blood did it very badly — now I’m in a lot of pain and it feels like an infection and a very big black circle is formed there and spreading gradually. Instead of helping the patient, you people have only caused more trouble. Very disgusting and not recommended anyone who loves themselves.

Very bad experience. On 5th step.24 I book for home collection the person came and collect the semple in the morning I m happy that there response and collectting is too fast. But there delivery of details bill and report will not fast . After so many times I call them for report then they give it. And after one day again I call them 3/4 times for details bill . So I m not happy with the service

Should be negative rating. Should be avoided at all cost. Zero professionalism. Made us wait for 3 hours after registration and then cancelled our appointment stating that doctor has left. Wasted a whole day for USG. Moreover did not refund our money. Made us fill a form. Still following up. Will drag them to consumer court for harrassment to a pregnant women. Understaffed and careless center.

I like the location of this center a lot more than the Bhangagarh one. There is good parking space and is on the main road without much rush. The timing is from 8 am to 6 pm. Reports can be generated online too. The blood samples are collected quickly too without much wait. The center is small but overall well maintained. The only demerit is that it is on the first floor and there is no lift which is a bit problematic for senior citizens and severely ill patients. Overall, it is good and I would definitely recommend it.

Worst diagnostic centre. They don't deserve a single star also. I went for an USG and the report was completely wrong. My doctor had a doubt so on the same day I did another USG and the reports were total mismatch and it was found that the USG report from Alcare was completely wrong. Really pathetic and unprofessional at their end. I even registered a complaint to their customer care but hardly do they respond. Please do not visit ALCARE DIAGNOSTIC BELTOLA CENTRE at any cost.

Nice facility. Blood tests and ultrasound done at this place. However this center does not have CT scan machine. The place is located at first floor and does not have lift. The center is very clean and the staff are also helpful.

Poor response as even after calling and confirmation ..they use to refuse diagnosis...poor one...Be careful..
