Very unprofessional..today they took blood sample for test but they didn't do proper bandage and blood started flowing all over...if ur staff dsnt know proper work why u hire them... really disappointed n hurt

Very bad that they fool me. We are from Mizoram, we had go undergo PCR test. They said that they can do it themselves but send it outside to ultracare, survey. Moreover, they collect ₹1200/- per patient which the actual price should be ₹600/- per patient. The sample collector boy refuse to return the money but tells me to give the cash memmo of ₹1200/- at first. But, finally on talking about Police FIR, at last, he return some amount back. Very bad and poor service

The worst diagnostic centre that I've come across.They are not systematic. Dr. Diganta Pathak (consultant radiologist) is not fit to be a doctor.He was 1.5 hours late. Further, he started calling out the patients not according to the appointment chronology. Very unprofessional. The staff is equally at fault.

Highly unprofessional and irresponsible. Do not rely on these lazy people to collect sample from your home. They would just answer with 'I FORGOT'. However they won't spare you when it comes to payment. Not ideal for family duty.
