I have updated the Google location to the exact location. The centre was good and was professional to the clients. But there was a miscommunication from my insurance company team and between the test centre which kept me waiting for almost 2 hours which was pathetic. The centre was a decent one with almost all pathology related tests. Good to go with the new location marking. Went there on 14/06/2023

Stuff behaviour is so helpful

Very good stuff, quality of labortory equipment, & nice behaviour, fully satisfied

1.The worst place to test. 2. Staff behaviour careless. 3 . Reception/nurse not value the patient. Worst place, worst clinic

Most of the tests are done here.i went for blood test and got it without problem However, customer service needs improvement. The guy at the reception desk was busy with his tea more than talking to the customer. Not at all hospital to us. The owner should look in this regard

We have been doing all our tests of our entire family here for the last 10 years.. And the most polite lady here is Mrs Lipika ❤️

My humble request to the Apex Diagnostic Manager: Please train your Customer Executive Agents on how to appropriately interact with customers who call willingly.
