I am extremely disappointed with the way the clinic handled my father’s colonoscopy. What is normally a simple procedure ended up taking 4 to 5 hours, which is completely unacceptable. There was no proper communication, no updates, and the waiting process was extremely stressful for our family. A routine test should never turn into such a long and exhausting experience. The management really needs to improve their efficiency and patient care.
