There is no power at reception, no light in blood collection room. A person name Mr. ETALBAT NARZARY Taken blood sample without light , think what types of services given to the patient. Worst experience 😪

the worst doctor in guwahati for treatment as he is money minded. dr suresh gave me medicine that almost made me feel very weak with his medicine and visit is just costly. i stopped taking his meds as it only gave me more problems no solution and i got better

Horrible! The person who collected blood didn't wear mask and the X-ray technician also didn't wear mask! They cheated me by saying they have digital X-ray but they don't and they didn't even provide the money receipt saying the printer is out of order. For X-ray, in the midst of a pandemic, they were giving used gowns. The washroom is so horrible that you can't even imagine. I had to give urine sample and I almost puked. No handwash, nothing! Broken toilet; basin not functional; it's literally hell! I had no idea because I'm a regular at Lal path in Delhi. I thought the Guwahati branch will also be good. Never ever go there! I'm going to complain on their customer care helpline tomorrow morning.

I called them not less than 40 times but no one answered my call. Is it possible for a patient to remain fasting till 12pm for the glucose fasting test? The Delhi branch was so polite and so helpful, ready at service all time. I wonder what is wrong with this branch.

Chandmari branch: horrible horrible service. The collection boy forgot to collect the urine sample. He gave the container and by the time my aged father goes to the washroom to full it, he went away. When called back to take it he said he can't now ,he will collect it when the comes back for the pp sample after food. So he should have been back say around 11:45 pm. But again no response. Called him to ask where was he ,in reply said he can't come now. Asked my father to go and submit the sample at the chandmari branch and also to pay..what kind of home pick service is this. I can't even explain the pathetic condition of the situation. Totally disappointed.

The person who collected the blood was very inexperienced as far as I have seen. 3 of my relatives went there including me and all of our hands were hurting for 4 whole days. They need to immediately place someone who is experienced in collecting blood samples.

Worst experience...My father was going through chemotherapy and due to throat cancer he was not able to eat a heavy meal...due to chemotherapy his sugar level was little bit of up and down and we come here to consult with dr.xx saikia and that person(stupid?) recommended my father to have 3 insulin per day...he said that "i dont how can he consume food? that's not my concern" etc. etc. and made us to go to a next another(good)diabetic dr. who just give us some medicine and then my father's sugar level comes to normal... Horrible experience, dont bring your patient to that place and specially that dr. Xxx saikia
