Ekopath Metropolis Lab

I experienced an unnecessary delay, and the staff was unresponsive when I tried to ask about my turn and report status. Despite arriving on time and waiting patiently, I noticed that several patients who came after me were attended to before me, without any proper explanation. This caused inconvenience and frustration. Such poor management and lack of communication are unacceptable, especially in a healthcare environment where patients expect fairness, efficiency, and professionalism.

I am only reviewing it 5 star because I was very confused after seeing so many negative reviews. I was not sure whether to go to this place as it was 200km away from my place but I went there. I had booked 1 day before, they gave me 11:30 time slot I reached exactly at 11:30 and the checkup started after 30-45 minutes, and I got the report within 1 hour and 30 minutes. There was less crowd as it was a holiday and everything was smooth. The doctor was very well behaved and friendly. No bad behaviour. 5⭐

Miss management at peak. When called to book an appointment for Ultrasonography was told by the staff to visit positvely at 12:30pm which I did. Now its abour to almost 3 hrs. Still waiting! First and last visit. Will never recomment.

The lab is a part of Metropolis Healthcare and the overall team of doctors and lab technicians are very good. The test was done within 15-30 mins after we reached. However, the report was given 4 hours after the tests. It is understandable as there were several tests and we went in the afternoon.

Booked appointment 1 day before and waited more than 2 hrs to get our turn. The worse part is they allowed some patients who made appointment on the same day. We travelled 350 kilometres to get anomaly scan and my wife is 5 months pregnant. I don't understand about their work culture.

Best Lab ever. The bad reviews below seem to be from people who have no patience. Ekopath has always delivered. UpTo the highest quality.

Yesterday, my sister had her TVS checked at your place. Everything was fine, but the behavior of your doctor’s assistant was not good at all. If someone behaves like this with patients, who would want to come to your lab? And one more thing — we’ve already mentioned her behavior, but it also seemed like she didn’t know how to present herself physically in front of a patient. My sister did not feel comfortable with her physical conduct either. My sister was not even 1% happy about this. If you remove such staff members who behave like this, your lab will progress further.

Dr. Shyam Baruah sir is the best.. he is such a gentle person and cares for us..
