Health Care Diagnostic Centre Private Limited

Service needs to be more systematic.. Had booked an appointment 4 days before my wife's test, & were told to arrive at 9:30 AM. But booking in advance was worthless as service is provided in First in First Serve basis. Had to wait till 12 noon for completion of test.

My personal experience is 4.5 out of 5. 1. Dr. R. Phukan is one of the best radiologist in Guwahati. The way he conducts the tests is very satisfying. His diagnosis is undoubtedly the best I found. 2. I have seen many comments mentioning waiting hours, yes we waited a bit but that is due to the 20-30 mins time the doctor gave to each patient. Advance booking of slot is highly recommended. 3. Regarding the behaviour of the staff, I found them very welcoming. 4. Only one issue I faced for which I gave 4.5 instead of 5. The lab is running in an age old practice, they don't have soft copy reports, auto update after report generation that can be shared through mail or WhatsApp etc. So one has to come all the way to collect even a small test report, which is sometimes troublesome.

Worst experience! It was posted inside the diagnostic centre that 3rd trimester pregnancy patients will be given preference. Now after waiting for more than 2 hours, preference was not given yet. When ask, the staff rudely answered that it will go by serial number. They still justified about what they wrote inside the waiting area that "3rd Trimester Pregnancy Patients will be given preference". My wife is feeling very uncomfortable as the due date is very near but still their stand is that it will go by serial number. No matter the Doctor may be the good, but as we have to deal with the staff, this will be the last time visitng this place. If you need to do blood test or sugar test, then you can opt for this place. Apart from that, this is hopeless. Shame of the staff who are rude to the patients.

One of the worst places you can go for testing in Guwahati. Was supposed to receive the report for my mother's test on Moday. Today is Wednesday and still reports are not ready with them. I would suggest to go for reputed places for testing as this establishment is overpriced for the services that they provide. Will not recommended to anyone who is having urgency of testing. People are unresponsive and do not have any sense of accountability.

Though this is basically a diagnostic centre and I think 99% of the patients were gyno background alongwith pregnancy... But the centre was completely dirty and unhygienic, edible items were spread on the floor, can't able to walk barefoot inside the clinic.. and specially the toilet can't even express, if someone needs to puke and go to toilet even he/she can't puke that much of dirty.. my wife is pregnant she went for urine for some reason after comming back she was in pain... But yes I must say the Dr. was good...

Good experience at Healthcare Diagonistic Centre. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Tests were conducted by Dr. Rupjyoti Phukan with high-quality equipment and the results were delivered in one hour. Highly recommend.

Visited today,Because Doctor Recommended. Staffs are Very Rude and So Pathetic. Test Price is So so High!!!!! And Most Importantly For TVS (Ultrasound) their is No Lady Doctor. Which I am not comfortable with! So I Came Back! Thank God my money was not wasted. I don't want to give even 1 STAR

The waiting area was clean and comfortable.The diagnostic tests were conducted by Dr. Rupjyoti Phukan with high-quality equipment, and the results were delivered promptly. Overall, I highly recommend Healthcare Diagonistic Centre for anyone in need of diagnostic services. The professionalism, care, and efficiency are top-notch. I'll definitely return if needed!
