Had a nice experience for the 2nd time. Didn't have to wait for long. More than 7 tests done within 30 minutes. And the trust in LCD will always be there. Thank you for doing what you do best.

Me and my wife went to Life Care Diagnostic ( LCD ) Maligaon for two tests after registering a day before. But we had a horrible experience. Even after prior registration, we had to wait for around 2.5 hours for the ultrasonography and then another 1.5 hours for the blood test. There was no crowd or rush, yet the staff seemed completely disorganized — running around without any coordination. Moreover, their behavior towards patients was unprofessional and rude. It felt like they had no basic sense of how to deal with patients who are already stressed and waiting for long hours. Very disappointed with the service. Definitely not recommended.

I frequently visit LCD, and this morning (8 am) I went there again for a urine and blood test. I repeatedly requested that the reports be provided a little earlier (by around 2:00–2:30 p.m.), as we have a doctor’s appointment at 3:00 p.m. Despite contacting the given number and sending several WhatsApp messages, I received no response, which was quite disappointing. At the very least, they should have informed me about the expected time of report delivery. I have done similar urine tests in other laboratories and received the reports within 4–5 hours. If such service continues, it will be difficult for me to visit LCD in the future or recommend it to others.

Worst behaviour from a lady ultrasound staff maybe she joined newly because I didn't seen her before. Have no manners how to deal with pregnant women..She was rudely forcing me to get off the bed quickly. I am 9 months pregnant and it was not possible for me to get off the bed so quickly but she was repeatedly forcing me to get off quickly. What happened if I fell down by sleeping on tiles??? The senior ladies staff of ultrasound department who filled the pregnancy F form they are very polite but she was junior staff.I saw her for the first time today. She has so much attitude and bad behaviour. If patients paid for the test, why would they listen to the rude behavior of staff like them?LCD is nearby us so we are regular customer if you track your record then you will find it but Very disappointed today only for her.I hope owner will look into the matter.

Very bad experience, it's been 4 hours still waiting for a call, 8 months pregnant women suffering from many more problems waiting for USG without anything eating. But they don't care about any patients . They keep many more patients as their capacity is very less . No surity when USG will be done . They are harrassing everyone. Don't come here if you are seriously ill, otherwise u will die waiting.

I visited here for the second time. The laboratory here provides very good reports. And another thing is that they deliver the reports within a short time.

LCD is a well maintained and well managed Diagnostic centre with very good facilities. Neat and clean premises. Staff is courteous. Lot of parking available for four wheelers. Only thing where they need to improve is report delivery time. Rest all is Okay.

The receptionist was quite helpful though it was a rush hour. The premise was clean and hygeinic.
