I had a very good experience at Matrix Diagnostic Lab. The staff were polite, professional, and supportive throughout the process. Sample collection was done smoothly and hygienically, which made me feel comfortable. Reports were delivered on time and were accurate. The lab maintains high standards of cleanliness and follows proper safety protocols. The reception team was helpful in guiding me with test details and charges. Overall, Matrix Diagnostic Lab is reliable, trustworthy, and patient-friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality diagnostic services.

One of the good diagnostic centres of the City. All types of blood tastes, USG, Ct scan, MRI, etc done under a single roof. Went there for USG which was done within 1 hour & report given after 30 minutes. Cash, card digital payment options available. Ample seating arrangement for the people. But the washroom needs regular cleaning & maintenance.

Zero ratings should be made available for this kind of place. Ive no issues with the exorbitant price and test results but the Staff behavior is pathetic . The staff nurse and attendants behave like Super specialist doctors who are very rude and unprofessional, cant even ask a simple question without a rude cold response. Theres no uniformity of who came first and last if you dont know how to speak the native axomi language u are made to wait and go at their whimps, those who came back after me were made to go first and we had to go last. The doctor also scolded the staff nurse to treat the patients properly infront of me. This place badly need a HR on conduct and behavior. Less chances of going back there again

This place is absolutely terrible. I’m not even talking about the test results—I’m talking about how patients are treated. When a patient arrives, they are not treated according to their condition. If someone is in pain, it’s their duty to test them quickly. Some patients are in very critical condition and cannot wait for long, but still they are made to wait. And for so many patients, there is only one toilet and no proper system. They call some people forward and some backward with no order. And what’s the need for blasting the AC so much? Patients suffer from the cold. It’s an extremely bad place—I would tell people to go somewhere else. I took my mother there; she was in very bad shape, and she suffered a lot. In pain and in that cold, she had to wait 3–4 hours. No one should go to such a horrible place. For the amount of money they charge, there is no professionalism at all. We went through a very bad experience here.

Pathetic Experience I recently visited Matrix for an MRI scan and had a very painful experience. The procedure required an injection to be administered into my vein. This injection was not properly handled, causing the contrast agent to leak into the surrounding tissue of my hand. This resulted in significant swelling and pain. It is evident that the staff are not experienced and highly unprofessional. They did not follow proper protocols and randomly called out patients’ names instead of respecting a sequential order, had to continuously follow up, worst experience ever

Horrible experience. Please don't visit this place. Too expensive and all staff are unprofessional, rude and full of attitude. For a usg they took more than 2 hours waiting. Doctors are not available. They're are running here and there. U don't even understand what's going on. Please go to other place. But don't visit this place.

Rating the place a 1 star because it’s not possible to rate it a 0. Got a USG done. First of all, the prices at this place are higher than most diagnostic centres in ghy, so the least you would expect is decent service. But it was disheartening to see how unprofessional the staff was. The old lady at the usg room needs to learn how to behave. Nobody’s there to have fun, everyone’s there at a time of distress and in no mood for her rude comments. They aren’t doing anybody favours, every single person has paid money to get the tests done. You cannot even ask them a simple question without having a rude comment passed right at you. The hell is “Ami janu ki koribo lage. Enei poisa napau tu”??!!2.3 star rating is well deserved. Do not visit this place if you or your loved ones are in need of urgent critical care ( not suggesting that you visit them for routine check ups either). Everyone deserves to be treated with basic human decency and care, especially when you are SICK. You will be traumatised here. Do not visit!

Even after reading all bad reviews i thought of visiting the hospital since it was a case of emergency, and guess what we waited for 3 hours just for a MRI in emergency and charges for MRI you yourself can see in the attached images 12,500 the staff don't corporate or even give tentative time period you just have to keep waiting without eating any food or water since if you go away they might call your name and when you come m back they might say we called you but you were not here so wait again. I wish there is an option for zero ratings. Also it's my humble request don't visit this hospital let them starve for patients and money then only they will learn.
