I recently had the opportunity to receive care at Medicity, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I experienced during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The receptionist was efficient and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility, which immediately put me at ease.

Very Poor experience. When I ask doctor is available or not. They said Dr. is available and they ask for registration after registration they ask to wait for 1 hr and after 1 hr Dr. didn't come.

Had a wonderful experience at Medicity guwahati. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and patient-focused. The facility was clean, well-organized, and followed proper hygiene protocols. The diagnostic services were prompt and accurate, and the technicians took the time to explain the procedures clearly. They call me at 9 :30am about my appointment with Dr. At 10.am , I reach at 9:45am, and still waiting for the Dr. And no doctor come to clinic till now (10.55 am), it's show how unprofessional they are.. , let's see what happen next.. OK service is good, price are very high side, as doctor fees or testing charges, my suggestion is better visit Hayat Hospital.

I had a very positive experience at Medicity Hospital. The staff was highly professional, courteous, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The doctors were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and well cared for.

Worstest experience , illiterate employees who make me wait around half an hour just to collect my report , They asked me to collect at 11:00 A.m I went at 12:30 pm which means they already got an buffer of 1.5 hrs also the employee there don't really know manners and customer service, Not at all recomend such an worstest clinic .. don't visit here. .. there are so much better options than them, and doctors who sits there sits at other clinics as well

Staff do not know how to behave, neither they have professionalism. Not a very friendly place to get the treatment.

Horrible behavior from front desk, could not give proper information and could not guide us... Was unprofessional and irritable. Will definitely have seconds thoughts while seeking service next time.
