The lady radiologist is very rude. She is non responsive and doesnt allow the father of the child to see while doing pregnancy ultrasound. When my wife asked simple questions she just replied back to see the reports. Why cannot doctors here be more professionals n sweet like in west where the doctors carries nice conversation with both the parents. Seeing the baby in ultrasound screen is a very memorable experience which every father n mother to be should have. Our gynae later asked us to go for ultrasound at Excelcare Boragaon where fathers are allowed to go inside the ultrasound room and the radiologist is not rude.

Keep patients (even pregnant women) waiting for long duration and very lackadaisical approach to testing & attending patients. During pregnancy scans, neither the husband is allowed to observe the baby's growth or movement nor is the mother properly shown or described about the overall status of the child. Totally pathetic service and an unreasonably high price!! The angry behavior and attitude of the primary doctor multiplies the frustration and hopelessness of the patients.

Rates are too high. For example usg TVS is rs 1500 and whole abdomen is 1800. They are doing kind of loot. Front desk is chaotic us usual over the years. Can't recommend this center to others
