Phoenix Diagnostic Centre

I went there after durga puja for my 2.5 yrs daughter x ray and some blood. But when i asked them about the total then I was shocked to know that it came to 2600. But I was in doubt bz as per my knowledge those test should come around 1000 to 1500 maybe. But when i questioned them then they told me that you can pay 2500. So I paid and completed my daughter 's test. But next day when i inquired at one of the different lab then they told me that it will be approx 1500. So next day when my husband went to collect the reports and asked them why there is so much difference in the prices, then they were saying you can go for online test which are very cheaper and what else non relevant they were saying. So I would not prefer going there anymore and m not going to suggest anyone also. It seems they randomly set their own price.

Wrong Test Results. Pathetic service. The credibility and professional ethics of the Referring Doctor is also very questionable. Very doubtful and incompetent service as per my personal experience. Avoid such Diagnostic Clinics. Blood/Test Results vary drastically upon subsequent/secondary (Second Opinion) Blood tests at other Diagnostic Clinics/Labs. The Reports are very doubtful and totally unreliable. Wastage of time and money of patients. I promised myself that I will never visit such Diagnostic Labs ever in my life. Total waste of money. Worst experience in this Lab in Guwahati.

Given wrong Ultrasound Report tvs (2d) which gave a lot of stress to us mentally & denying their responsibility by saying that we only give assumption. Pregnant ladies should not go there,they provide wrong reports!!Big Red Flag 🚩

I will not recommend this place for sonography..I have done tvs here..my experience is bad..I didn't like the behaviour of the doctor..the probe was used during the scan was not sanitized..very unhygienic..the staffs are not cooperating at all..

Very poor diagnostic centre.Gave a wrong report of blood test values varying more than 50%......stay away from phoenix

The worst experience…..the ultrasound report result was all wrong for my pregnancy.thank god ,we are capable enough to atleast have a double check with another lab.May God save those people who do test here and continue their treatment based on Phoneix report.

Not comfortable Doctor wrong report nd doctor attend call ultrasound room verry bad maners nd nt satisfyed

Worst ever testing centre. They only want money. Cannot even provide the bill of exact amount they take from patients. They would infact stop taking your calls when you ask for proper bill.
