My experience at Primus Diagnostic Center Guwahati was good. The best part is that they have their own parking space, which makes it very convenient. The place is clean and has proper seating arrangements. The staff is helpful and the reports were delivered on time.

Please do not come here for MRI. They will tell you to wait for 2 - 3 hrs and after waiting for more than 7hrs furious they will tell you are next after 15mins and for that also you have to wait for another half an hour. No responsibility towards patients.

Most pathetic service. We came for MRI. They said there are 6 patients before us. So need to wait 3-4 hrs max . Then after 4 hours they daid there is still 5 patients. Actually, they dont maintain any serial number. They give randomely based on friedship or money. Very unprofessional. Even Apollo Chennai has serial number. But not Primus Guwahati. Overpriced over rated bullshit.

I went there for an MRI test. The Lab was clean and all people were friendly. I am happy with their service. All equipment is available for various tests. Many kinds of tests are done here. There is a lift lobby and wheel chair parking and entrance.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff and management committee of Primus Diagnostic Centre, Guwahati. Their behavior was unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid getting tests like MRI, EEG, blood tests etc done at Primus Diagnostic Centre in Guwahati, unless they improve. #even they not deserve 1*

Pathetic service, after booking appointment by visiting previous day when came for test today after payment and everything still sitting in waiting area 2nd floor fron 1 hr 15min still the receptionist don't know when our number will come. Booking time was 10am but its 11:50 as I'm writing this review. If you are in emergency or you have value for your time after pre-booking and paying more money then other clinic,then don't come here. It's upto you Bytway come here and find out.

The reception staff here are extremely unprofessional and insensitive. They seem completely unaware of how to handle their duties responsibly. Instead of helping patients in need, their main focus appears to be on extracting money from innocent patients. When we simply asked for my brother’s MRI CD—an urgent requirement since he is being sent to another state for cancer treatment—they created unnecessary problems and even argued with us. Their lack of empathy and irresponsibility at such a critical time is absolutely unacceptable. Such people should not be working in a healthcare setup where compassion and efficiency are expected.

They don't even have the system to WhatsApp a report after forwarding the bill payment. But have the system of Upi while doing the payment.This is quite bull shit.Overall behaviour is very rude of all the staff
