The appointment system is very poorly managed, resulting in long and unnecessary waiting. My father’s previous prescription, which was taken by them during registration, was later misplaced, and when I asked about his turn, the staff searched through files randomly, causing further confusion and delay. Overall, the lack of organisation and professionalism made the experience very frustrating. I hope the management improves its systems, especially for elderly patients with chronic diseases. I would not recommend this centre until their management significantly improves.

The service provided from recent years is very poor!! Been a regular to them but this time disappointed as there reports are not proper and, even doctors in review of their report said that its incomplete and not up to the mark!! Big no n never gonna visit or recommend anyone

No value of time. Report was to delivery by 12 noon but till 4.32 pm no response. Although have myself came at 3pm and requested but upto 4.30pm , no response. Hopeless. No caring for patient . Manager Registration is on its own world not knowing anything
