Rapid Diagnostics Centre

Had worst experience in getting test reports. The staffs are not at all cooperative. We made full payment for the tests and upon asking for the results they kept on saying we are sending in watsapp. Call us after 6.30pm, 12.30 pm. Still after calling for 6-7 times didnot get our reports. 3 tests cost us Rs 4000. While you will get better facility and faster service may be at cheaper rate than this place. There was no option for 0 rating otherwise I would have definitely rated them a negative one. Pathetic experience. While this days you automatically get your reports on watsapp. We had to go 3 times to the center two times for sample and once for the report. And over phone also they don't confirm if the report has arrived or not. Please I request people to never trust this lab for tests.

Very dirty place.... Also they provide faulty test report. They play with the life of patients. On 23rd march we go there for ECG and other test of my father. The lady which is conducting ECG try half an hour adjusting their ECG machine and give us the false report. when we visit our Dr he said that this is not a ECG report this is just a graph which they provide to make us fool beacuse they have already taken the money for the ECG.

Dirty. So called nurse did not even wear gloves while taking sample

Place is conjusted, washroom is small & dirty, & doctor is rude. Overall ok but not satisfactory.

The most reliable diagnostics in guwahati, also a very efficient home collection staff who have always been available in need, absolutely hasselfree
