Most tests inside the lab are far more expensive than online... Like 70-100% more. And when i was already there i still had to book online to get cheaper price which took extra time. To be fair besides that everything went smooth. But seriously 1 star for this policy.

I made the mistake of simply browsing through their lab tests on their website, and ever since, I have been subjected to relentless phone calls. I am talking about upwards of 10 calls a day, asking about when I will be getting the tests done. This is not just follow-up; it's a full-blown telemarketing assault.

The tests went well, but the pricing policy is frustrating. Online prices are up to 70% cheaper than walk-in rates, forcing me to book online at the lab to get the discount. This wasted extra time and felt unnecessary. The lab should offer consistent pricing for all customers.

Guess this is the best lab in Guwahati since I'm new in the city . Staff are friendly as well as getting accurate blood test report.

I have recently give some blood samples. Just Waiting results Bcz they send some test samples to head office noida by flight. That's why it take time up to 4/5 days. I met a lab technician biswajit barman who take my blood sample very smoothly without any pain.
