You will get the test results on the same day and you can download it easily from the comfort of your home. But, the behaviour of one or two staffs here is very unacceptable. Customer service and way of talking matters. These one of two staff do not understand the problems of a patient , yet they pass an odd remark .

Very bad service. I called for collection day before. They booked but they forgot the following morning. Again I called they came collected my sample took the money 1600 over gpay. They didnt give me voucher for that. I didnt ask because I wanted to see their behaviour. Its late evening now and supposedly they were to send me report over whstsapp. I havent received yet till the time I am texting. I called them up and they apparently seem clueless. Wow

Everyone is very polite. Ask for the Floor Manager Pallavi, she was of great help and made the whole experience hassle free. Keep up the good work. :)

Employees do not work on time We ourselves have to say that we have to call for the test there will be time And employees keep changing. please owner pay attention to your whether your employees are working well or not, there is no use just by opening a lab. If you cannot fix this type of things Thank you!

Good for immediate check ups and diagnostics. Hand to hand reports available. Diagnostics under Doctor's supervision.

All stuff and management are excellent. Good maintenance of rooms also.😀

Service is good but CT MRI, endoscopy facility is lacking. Hope will be installed soon.

No place for parking. Managers and employees take up the entire entrance. Very inconvenient
