One of the worst services they do all duplicate and first copy products they used I am never ever going back again just recently my friend went there to change his KTM Duke 250 monoshock they charged 7000 rupees and they said original product but after using only few hours i felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary jumping of my bike so i called them and said about the situation but still they are not accepting that they gave me duplicate product so i went to nearest KTM services centre in jayanagar and I bought the original product after comparing with the one they installed its very different and old but still they are not accepting their fault and finally after arguing for so long and they lost the argument I got my refund but still they charged me for the installation

Worst Service ever it was a very bad experience too high price never gonna vist again also my problem haven't solved

I had a really good experience at this bike service centre. The staff is professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about bikes. They take the time to explain the issues clearly and suggest only the necessary repairs without pushing unnecessary costs👍🏻
