Ultracare Basistha Chariali

No coordination between survey branch and basistha branch. Called multiple times and informed that one particular test will be done in the basistha centre, after wasting time and going there staff says machine is out of order and test wont be done. Please take note and take steps to improve patient satisfaction so that unnecessary time is not wasted.

Bad service, unorganized, unhelpful. Lots of staff members chatting and playing on their phones. Expect long wait times even if you are the only one in line. They misplace paperwork, they also don't know, for example, if people can eat or not before the particular type of ultrasound. Don't come here expecting professionalism.

Very rude behaviour of the receptionist..... don't know how to talk with the patient and the customer.....such a nonsense i suggest to all the patient and the customer don't go to this centre

Good diagnostic facility at Beltola are.Located at the 2nd floor of Megga Plaza Basistha Chariali.

I went for hsg test, lady doctor who did my rest was very rude, first she was so late waited more than 1hour and later when I was called for test she was doing it so fast , not caring if it is hurting me , she was just trying to finish her job no matter how pain the patient is feeling, and very impatient doctor, donot know how to speak, rude..so I will never recommend someone to do hsg test in ultracare basistha chariali.

Friendly behaviour by the employee, low coast, nice decoration performances are done by advance technology. Genuine report acceptable and every test done here related laboratory diagnosis such as MRI, CT scan, x ray, RBS, LFT, ultrasound, CBC , stool test, urine test etc . Thank you ultracare diagnosis. I recommend all the people please visit once .

Reports are genuine no doubt but the service they provide is horrible in my experience. They made me wait for more than an hour saying the doctor is on it's way. I had to do ultrasound. Previous day i did blood test and several results had to be out. They told me the reports will be out by evening but one report took 3 days to come out. Such irresponsible stuffs. I'm highly highly disappointed.
