One of the clean and nice diagnostic centre and most convenient one in the area..the staff is nice and the reports are well accurate...ECG,Blood reports,X ray and USG is also available..

Had a good experience. My wife was commenting that it is bit cheaper than other clinics in Guwahati... Also it doesn't have much crowd which makes it comfortable to be here.

The ultrasound doctor would not come in time . No fixed timetable. Even reception girls neglect problems or calling doctor. Have to wait for 3 hours and the reception girls would lie about the doctor's timetable. No worrying for even young patients- they need to hold their urine for more then a hour or two and get neglected by nurse. Even after the doctor's time of comming in the hospital is passed the reception girls would lie about them that they are here or on their way.

Very excellent service provided by the staff

I visited for an MRI of the LS spine and my experience was very disappointing. Despite there being no other patients, I had to wait over 30 minutes just for them to check the prescription. After 35 minutes, at around closing time 8pm , they informed me that the scan would be done at another center. This lack of professionalism and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable. I hope they improve their efficiency and communication to provide a better experience for future.
