Great place for ultrasound. They have the best Machine and technology. Dr Upasana ma'am is so humble, works hard to gibe us the best informations and explains the findings to us. Excellent service with quick report delivery.

Dr. Upasana Ma'am is very humble. She is very good at her work. But the problem is with the staff. There is a Takla man sits at the counter, who are very rude. He does not even know how to behave with patients. He does not have any idea about any the ultrasound, X-ray etc. During my first usg, I asked him wheather I need to drink water before Full stomach USG. He replied no no.. Sit there, we will call you..!! 😆😆 Ma'am, you should appoint a Knowledgeable and polite person in the counter. Atleast someone who knows the medical terms. Anyway, thank you for your good service.

Visited Vivaan Diagnostics Center today. 1. Prompt Service 2. Professional Attitude 3. All staff members are very Supportive 4. Lovely Ambience. The scans provided are very clear but the Doctor is a bit rude, if she would have a smiling face and use soft words it won't do any harm to her profession. (Just my view regarding how she behaved with my wife) I would recommend tests to be done here as the machines are of latest technology which provide very clear images. A full 4 stars to the whole team of Vivaan Diagnostics. * I had to edit the review as I did not know that the doctor was rude with my wife. (Completely my experience, not a complaint regarding the Diagnostic Centre) All other staff members are very helpful and show high level professionalism.

Visited Vivaan and got the best and quick service ever. The doctor is very sweet, calm and intelligent. She explained the scan in details and told what further to do. The ambience is perfect and everything was clean. The staffs are prompt and always smiling.

They don't respect their client's time. Will give you an appointment for 1.30, but it will always wait for 1-1.5 hours before you finally check the patient. It's always the same. Maybe others enjoy waiting even after taking an appointment, but I really don't like wasting time of my day at the diagnosis center. Period!

Poor behaviour and very unprofessional doctor. Dr. Manisha Misra was very rude and unprofessional. EDIT: The rude behaviour was not to help the patient but plain rude. Don't try to save face by manipulating the reply, the doctor was rude from the get go without knowing the patient.

I took my wife for ultrasound and they make me waiting for atleast 3 hr in fasting by saying that they have previous bookings but I was there in 1st and I had to wait till last, I don't know may be my file was misplaced or the dr is not informed. except the findings of dr upasana the laboratory is worst as well as the staffs. They don't even have water glasses for patients to have water. I don't know for what reason doctors most dr recommended that but much more better diagnostic centre are there in Guwahati.
