Embarking on a 5-day journey through the enchanting landscapes of Meghalaya was nothing short of exhilarating. From the bustling streets of Shillong to the awe-inspiring wonders of the double-decker bridge, every moment was a testament to nature’s magnificence. Wards Lake, Cherapunjee, Wah Umngot, and Blue Lagoon were all highlights that left us spellbound with their beauty and still living in our eyes without paying rent. Adventure awaited at every turn, with activities like trekking, kayaking, cliff jumping, and swimming adding an adrenaline-fueled thrill to our escapade. Each experience was more exhilarating than the last, leaving us craving for more. Our accommodations surpassed expectations, offering comfort and tranquility after each day’s adventure. The culinary delights served tantalized our taste buds, reflecting the rich flavors of the region and leaving us craving for more. A special mention must be made of our guide, Mr.Sujoy, whose expertise and enthusiasm enriched our journey. His knowledge of the region, coupled with his warm demeanor, made every moment memorable and insightful. While the overall experience was exceptional, there’s room for improvement in the transport arrangements. A smoother and more efficient mode of transportation would enhance the journey’s comfort and convenience.I request people who are going to visit Police bazar should be extra careful of their belongings for smoother experience. In conclusion, this 5-day odyssey through Meghalaya was worth every penny. With breathtaking sights, thrilling activities, impeccable accommodations, delectable cuisine, and a guide like Mr. Sujoy leading the way, Thanks to the Adventuregiri Team ,it’s an adventure that promises memories to last a lifetime. EDITED: ** I can see lot of negative reviews flooding here , we went for a trip between Feb 12th 2024 to Feb 17th 2024. Everything was smooth and perfect in our journey, I have no idea about what happened these days. Please do proper verification and book them .**

It was a wonderful experience for us with AdventureGiri. All your arrangements were up to the mark. All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. I enjoyed Pawna lake camping and the stay was really cool and comfortable. I will highly recommend it to everyone.

Please do all your necessary research before travelling with this tour operator. Through Adventuregiri, I travelled to Meghalaya and Sameer was our SPOC.I will start with negative points first because they are more than positive points. Ofcourse I am sharing my personal opinion and my story. you are smart enough to look at other ratings. Negative Points:- 1. Whole trip was disorganised .The itinerary was unavailable, We found out about our plan for the day on that day in morning which used to always worry us & uncertainty of where will we stay tonight was scary. We lost some time in stress and anxiety rather than enjoying our trip. 2. Sameer was jack of all traders and master of none.He had gazillion things planned for 24 hour day when in reality we could only 2 of them .They show us an amazing plan of trip in the beginning luring us in choosing them but they have no concept of time management with their destinations Example Phe Phe waterfall normally take 2/3 hours trek but he said it will take only 1 hour. We were not able to cover lot of points due to mismanagement. Please talk about your itinerary clearly. 3. We found that our driver had little or no contact with Sameer. Many times we were involved in planning activities . Why would we involve in this man??? We have come here for enjoyment and not to organise trips. Pros:- 1. Nice home stays at nice location with maintained hygiene and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend Shirin homestay at double decker bridge. You will thank me later. 2. Breakfast and dinner were good. We were group of 6 people and proper accommodation was provided to us each day. Our driver was very friendly and we enjoyed our tour with him. Conclusion:- Overall it’s 30/70 from my side. There are other affordable, cooperative and good operators for trips , please try them. Thank you.

It was great experience with adventuregiri. We are first batch to visit meghalaya after pandemic. But adventurgiri made it easy for us. The hotel stay and food was good and adventurgiri arranged it very well.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently did Meghalaya adventure trip with adventuregiri and the experience surpassed all expectations. All location covered as mentioned in itinerary. Had a great 6 days trip with Adventuregiri With Friends and they are true to their name. Everything was excellent, from planning of trip to stay, vehicle. Will recommend everybody and Sujoy, the guide was really gracious and very helpful.

Trust all the bad reviews, save your hard earned money. "Beware of Adventuregiri". We lived through all the negative scenarios mentioned in all the bad reviews in our 9 day trip to Meghalaya that we booked with Sameer Nandedkar from Adventuregiri. From having to roam around Dawki riverside for accomodation at 11pm for more than 2 hours, to driver and boating co-ordinator denying to serve unless they get their previous dues. Once we were convinced that it's a complete scam on day 3, we called up all the hotels of coming days. The hotel owners told us they don't entertain any guests of Mr. Sameer as he has cheated them of around one lakh from his previous bookings. Even the hotels that he had booked were not upto the mark. Several other people had the same experience from the area like tour guides, drivers, hotel owners. When Mr. Sameer was detained by Meghalaya police several other people came up with similar stories. Under the supervision of the Dawki police, Mr. Sameer promised to return our money till 15th April. After 15th April, he has been M.I.A and has stopped responding to any calls/messages.

We recently went on a trip organized by adventuregiri , and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their services. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that my trip was comfortable, hassle-free, and memorable. For Dinner they take us to best restaurants everyday. Food was delicious and tasty. Thanks for arranging best trip for us! Definitely looking forward for more trips with you guys.
