Our incredible Indian adventure was organised from Australia so good communication was imperative and Avani Travel delivered every time. We had many questions and specific requests and nothing was overlooked or too hard. Our whole experience from the planning to having the best time on our journey was 100% taken care of and everything went smoothly and according to plan. Even things we didn’t think about they had it all covered and were very responsive to questions before and during our trip. This is the second trip we have done with Avani Travels as the first trip we did with them 2 years ago, was wonderful! Very good hotels, excellent cars and drivers,guides where needed, every need addressed..what more can one ask for! Sudershan Khound and his team give of their best to make each trip a memorable one! This time we toured over 3 weeks,with friends, covering Kashmir,Leh Ladakh,Bhutan and Sikkim..when landslides prevented us from touring Lachung and Lachen,last minute changes of itinerary were made along with new hotel reservations to new locales which were just as enjoyable.Sudershan has become a good friend and goes that extra mile to ensure our comfort and safety.I would definitely recommend Avani Travels for those who want a memorable vacation!

Excellent service provided for two chaps (73 & 68) watching international cricket, India v South Africa, in Guwahati, Assam. All transportation to and from airport, and to and from stadium. Also the Guwahati Day Tour, Assamese Lunch and Sunset River Cruise provided a real insight into the culture of the region. Avani Travel Services, Sudarshan and driver Rupam could not be faulted. A mutual friend introduced me to Mr Sudarshan Khound of Avani Travels and that’s the start of a happy story/experience. In 2023, he designed for 10 seniors a memorable tour of NE India covering Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur and Nagaland. That experience ( fun plus comfort) made us go back to him for 22 days tour of Kashmir , Ladakh, Bhutan and Sikkim in April2025. Result—Another memorable tour. WHY? Sudarshan developed a plan combining his knowledge with our input/needs. He remained engaged during planning and touring. He was responsive in solving unanticipated problems in real time during the tour. We all seniors were very pleased with his courteous professionalism that made us enjoy the sightseeing in 2023 and in 2025.
