I availed their services for a 10 road trip to Bumla , from.Guwahati . Never I had an hick-up or moment of anxiety. Their tie up with Hotels and guides are outstanding They deserve more than 5*

I was part of Aeyo valley trek in Arunachal Pradesh organized through finderbridge. The entire trek is amazing. The trails are like none other. Forests are dense and prestine. Countless streams, waterfalls, crazy bridges, marshy paths takes the whole journey to a different league. Gum boots won't make it easy, but we get used to it. Kudos to local staff who give everything to make the trek safe for everyone. Their hardwork, patience and dedication is unparalleled. The trek is not for everyone. It's not similar to moderate trails in other Himalayan treks. Lots of factors including rains, slippery trials, river crossings makes it difficult one. This should be highlighted for the benefit of every one Food is really not good. If we compare to other Himalayan treks operated by any other organisations, the ratings will go somewhere negative. Theres no concept like packed lunch or lunch. Only maggi, if we reach early. Total miscommunication between finder bridge and local team. Absolute chaos on day 1. No one has told us we had to trek in the dark and cross such dangerous bridges. This was also a miss from local team. Without knowing the teams capacity, they decided to start the trek at 12.30 and we ended up trekking in dark in deep forest. If this continues, it's a ticking bomb that will give some bad outcome in future. Additional costs for dibrugarh to anini is totally unjustified. Its hard to guess why additional 20k is charged even after considering local stay and sumo charges. No food is given. Very honest and timely reminders when it comes for getting payment from our side. But out honest questions are sidelined. I don't see a reason to go through finderbridge for this trek..It's just adding additional money and additional layer of communication There's only one team which is authorised to conduct treks there and everyone goes through them. So contact deeuwru trekkers directly!

I am posting my review, with regards to the service they provide me recently for my tour to Tawang, it was nothing less than the best, they were very cooperative and helpful and literally made our vacation full of lifetime memories, everyone from Plabana to Prem are very nice person. A big thank you for their service, they truly are the best

Waited more than a week for their team to atleast respond me with the itenary !!! But no one even messaged me even after requesting and reminding them. I see their instagram flooded with influencer stories at the same period. Seems they cater to only influencers now and not the common people.

This tour operator is not good at all. We booked a tour to Arunachal with him. He booked us in hotels that did not have running water. Mind you this was not a backpacking trip. These were so called 4 star hotels according to him. He said that these are the kind of hotels available in Arunachal. We went ahead and then the same thing happened in kaziranga as well. We then checked out of the hotel and booked a better hotel on our own at a cheaper price. He won't pick up your calls - the drivers that he will give you will be arrogant and not cooperative. Beware of booking a trip with this operator- especially if you are travelling with family.

Everything about Finderbridge was great. Our Northeast India Trip ( Meghalaya Kaziranga Arunachal )was properly looked after. The team is of good behaviour and responsive nature. Finderbridge organised the tour in the best way possible. The best thing about the trip was our driver Sanjay. He was just mind-blowing. The hotels and Homestays were all good. I'm looking forward to travel again with Finderbridge in the near future.

Outstanding Services !!! Our family holiday to Northeast India was perfectly designed and taken care of by the staff. The office is well versed with the destinations and very efficient. We shared our experience with our neighbours and they took services for a tour to Meghalaya, which was again nicely done. We would be glad to recommend their services.

There are good and responsive until they are not. Have a consumer grievance registered for getting a part of my refund (paid for a Ziro and Meghalaya trip) which is four months overdue. They have received 3 notices so far but yet to respond. So, just be careful when you book and ensure you don’t pay a large advance and get stuck. I am waiting for a final answer from the online consumer grievance site before I think of the next course of action against them.
