If you try to make any changes to the tour, they wait until the last minute to inform you that you’ll need to pay an additional amount—far higher than the market price. Since it’s communicated at the last moment, you’re left with no alternatives. If you question or blame them, they respond rudely. The itinerary they provide is misleading; they don’t actually take you to the places listed. For simple requests like visiting a market or attending a cultural show, they demand extra payment, again above the market rate. With no Ola or Uber available, you’re forced to pay whatever they ask. Also they will make sure your stays are far away from the market just to make some extra bucks. At first, they verbally agree to all your requests, but on the final day they demand extra money, claiming those items were never part of the itinerary. I had a very unpleasant experience and wanted to share it. If you need help with planning or booking, I can suggest better options and even connect you directly with reliable drivers. The driver they assigned to us were often drunk, uninterested in the trip, and more focused on his own enjoyment than on providing service.

Will never suggest to book via them due to below reasons: 1. The travel connect Shivani will not give you the good destinations and will only share commercial crowded places. If you don't know and are new to the place all good destinations are gone and money is wasted. 2. The driver they will provide will not be professional. In my case he was a relaxed free guy, always eating gutka and will not start early in the day as sun sets early in NE. He will avoid going to the planned destinations and will say there is nothing to see. 3. If you try to make change in your plan, Shivani will try to overcharge on that and will make sure it will be done in the last minutes so that you have no other options but to pay extra if you want to go to a good place. 4. Shivani will tell and will agree everything verbally and when the time comes for payment she will make sure you pay extra saying it was not mentioned in the itinerary. 5. Even after paying a handsome amount it you will not get what you requested initially as they will only include cheap trips and the driver will make sure you have to pay for the parking. 6. they will book the worst hotels that will be far away from the market so that you don't enjoy your evenings. the driver will not take you to the local markets if that is not mentioned in their itinerary. 7. the Itinerary they will provide to you and the driver will be different. 8. When you try to discuss with them they will fight with you and will make sure you have to pay extra in everything.

The entire team is highly unprofessional and there way of working is extremely fraudulent. The agent does not leave one chance to take money for very basic requests. Money minded people, absolutely opportunists. Not a trust worthy agency. They do not stick to the itinerary they themselves created and over charge for everything. If you want to have a good trip and good experience please do not book with this agency. Instead look out for local drivers they help better with the bookings in reasonable prices range.

We just completed our trip with Rising Thrills covering Assam and Meghalaya. It was an awesome experience.
