I was looking Roland FD9 Hi hat pedal and was not able to find anywhere online. after a bit of search I was able to find it with Euphonycart. I was initially bit reluctant due to a bad experience with a local music shop, but the prompt response by sales manager prompted me to place the order with them. The delivery was on time and dealer responded very well to all my queries. I am happy with purchase decision. So much So I look forward to purchase more from them and have already initiated some enquiries. I would recommend them if you are looking to purchase for any music item.

I chose Euphonycart since the store is from North-east India, a place I relate to where I have spent a lot of time. The price of the Pearl Roadshow kit also was great, it was at least a few thousand less than other sites. But my decision to buy Pearl Roadshow kit from them was a bad one, for the reasons here. For the first week of order, I had no updates from them; other than 'We have received your order'. Being weary of online orders/payments I kept asking them every day an update, and that was the only update I received till about a week later. The product arrived about two weeks after the order, which is okay, considering the pandemic time and travel restrictions. My disappointment began when I started opening the kit. There was fungus in the wood of the drums inside (please see attached photos), many of the screws on the kit were rusted and to my horror the snare skin was torn (again, please check this on the photo)! It was obvious to me that the kit had been kept with them for several years in a moist or humid place. Given that I shelled out forty grand for the kit, their service was terrible. And the pace at which they reply also is very poor. For now, its been 20 days since the original order and a week since its arrived and now the update I get is that 'we are sending a snare skin soon'. In all, I would not recommend anyone to buy any stuff from them; their speed of service is poor and the product quality is poor. This being my first acoustic kit, I am very disappointed. I am 2 stars out of 5, just because the rest of the kit seems fine.

Customer care service is nice and very prompt. Despite lockdown, ordered item shipped without much delay. I could easily give 5* as far as quality, shipment and customer care is concern but 1* minus for the courier (blue dart) service. Here in Kalimpong, blue dart never deliver to customers.

I was searching for a particular model of guitar (Hertz HZA 8800), and my local provider was not able to provide it for two months. I got to know about Euphonycart from Amazon (which wasn't delivering the guitar to my location). I contacted them separately, the people were really nice and cleared all my doubts regarding the guitar - sent me videos and pictures. My guitar arrived yesterday, they provided the original Hertz guitar bag with it. And the guitar was fully functional without any flaw. Very happy with the purchase. 😄😄😄

Their website is fraud. Items listed as in stock were not available after order. Made me wait for almost 2 months and adter repeated follow-up refunded the amount paid minus Rs1100 without any explanation. Never buy from here and save yourself from hassle....
