CAS Computers

i feel cheated, will never go to CAS computers again. All trust is broken. i gave them me acer laptop to repair (replace back panel) and they said they would do it but they just sent my laptop to nearby acer authorized service centre. they are now greedy, money is their priority above customer trust and satisfaction even after being established business. If they were honest they could have easily recommended me the nearby acer authorized service centre. they just wanted their cut as a middlemen . I didnt drove 20km to pay you middlemen cut. on top of that they have no accountability, when it came to taking up the work they immediately called me back but when it came to delivering they bacame non responsive. They have severe lack of systems and customer management. In the shop even though there were many staff members but still I felt like I was sidelined when it comes to customer service. very bad experience.

The cas computers shop is really very good in terms of the stock they have of electronic appliances including laptop, accesories , music system etc. The staff of the store is very nice and very hospitable. They listen to customer very carefully and act accordingly as per customer request. The price of the appliances are very reasonable.

It would be more appropriate to allow customers the opportunity to share their honest opinions without being asked to give a predetermined rating.
