Very disappointing experience at Croma – VIP Road, Guwahati. When I visited the store, most of the staff were busy watching a cricket match instead of attending customers. We had to repeatedly ask for assistance. When we requested to see a device (not mentioning the model here), the demo unit provided was not even usable. A female staff member who showed us the demo had very little knowledge about the mobile phone and kept suggesting a different model, saying “both are same type,” which was clearly not correct. When we approached a senior staff member for proper assistance, he rudely told us to “wait 5 minutes” because he was busy, without even properly listening to our request. We were simply asking them to show us the mobile model, but their attitude made it feel like we were asking them to gift it for free. The behavior was unprofessional and extremely rude. Eventually, I decided not to purchase from this outlet. Instead, I bought the device from Croma – Jayanagar, and the experience there was far better. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and treated customers with respect. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at VIP Road, Guwahati. Highly disappointing.

A wonderful experience was all the help I got from the team specifically from Gunjan singha as she guided me wellupon vision as I bought this TV yesterday and I’m very happy with it. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, and the colors look great even in a bright room. Setup was easy and the smart features work smoothly. Sound quality is good for a flat-screen TV, and the design looks modern. Overall, this TV is a great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it.

Yesterday I visited the store to buy a phone, but as soon as I entered the showroom, I felt like leaving because the music was extremely loud. They didn’t even reduce the volume when customers were inside. The staff behavior was disappointing. I am not talking about everyone, but I interacted with three staff members and my experience with them was not good. They didn’t seem professional or courteous. The male staff from the finance section was especially rude and unhelpful. Because of this experience, I don’t feel like visiting again. I never expected this kind of service from Croma. I hope they hire better-trained and well-educated staff to improve customer experience.

Croma is a very good electronics showroom, I mean; in here, maximum electronic items are available, like TV, A C, washing machine, laptop, mobile and etc etc... This time I bought a mobile 📲 and a headphone 🎧. And last year, my father bought a AC. Actually there staffs are very friendly with good behaviour. And also prices are reasonable and with discounts. I love this store.👍👍👍
