Visited Croma Tripura Road, Guwahati, today and made a purchase. Had some issue because of my mistake while billing but the team was very cooperative in resolving it swiftly. ⚠️ WARNING – READ BEFORE BUYING EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM CROMA ⚠️ I bought a Canon 3010 InkTank printer from Croma in November 2024. At the time of purchase, the staff strongly convinced me to buy an extended warranty worth ₹1500, saying it would extend the printer’s warranty for another two years. No one clearly explained any exclusions or limitations. Now, after 1 year and 3 months, I raised a complaint because my printer cartridge started giving problems. Suddenly, I’m told that cartridge is a consumable product and not covered under warranty. According to them, this is “company policy”. My question is very simple: 👉 Where was this policy when I paid ₹1500 for the extended warranty? 👉 Why wasn’t this clearly explained at the time of purchase? If such important terms are hidden and only revealed when a customer faces an issue, then the extended warranty feels misleading. What’s the point of paying extra if key components are later declared “not covered”? Advice to customers: Buy the product if you want, but think twice before taking Croma’s extended warranty. Get every condition explained in writing, otherwise you may feel cheated later. Very disappointing experience.

Bought a Croma TV from the store. One evening when I switched on the TV in a gap of about 2 weeks the LED screen was gone and felt like having some scratches. When i registered a complaint, a technician came and said that it is a physical damage. Now, the TV was on the same table, it didn't fall, neither got hit with anything, how come it is a physical damage ? the damage can be seen only when the tv is put on. Poor service, no solution provided, they said it is not under warranty. How come it is not under warranty, when TV got malfunctioned without any external challenges. I can get it repaired with the cost, but why should i when it is not my fault? the response from the people, whoever i spoke to was not satisfactory. Expecting a higher management call to resolve the issue. its all about a great service of an organization is known for. please have this issue sorted ASAP. warm regards

Worst experience ever from such a reputed service provider. It's been 7day full days purchased a gyser, n i was jst promised date aftr date, yet they fail to provide a simple installation service. Not only this Beltola outlet, But am disappointed with CROMA overall.!
