I purchased a Samsung W/M TL 7KG WA70BG4441BYTL (Dark Grey) from this Croma store. The product was delivered on time as promised on Friday, after I bought it on Wednesday. However, the installation process has been extremely disappointing. I received a call saying that the installation would be done on Saturday. Initially, I was told the technician would arrive at 6 PM, but later the timing was changed to 5 PM by him. Based on this, I took a half-day leave from my office and came home accordingly. After that, I was told, he will inform the technician,” but since then, there has been no response at all. Because of this delay and miscommunication, I even lost my half-day salary, and the installation is still not done yet. At the time of purchase, everything is promised nicely, but once the product is sold, the service becomes extremely poor. If such dishonesty happens even during installation, I am worried how you will respond if the machine ever develops any issue in the future. This is very disappointing, and I regret purchasing from you. Kindly look into this matter urgently and get the installation done as soon as possible.

If any negative star i would like to give them that one, unprofessional staff they don't have product information,yesterday I went to lokhra road outlet purchase a trimmer,they told that they can't open the product before payment so I made the payment after that I open the and found small hair on the product when I complain about that they told that have one more product and told that kindly wait for they are another product after that I waited for 30 minutes standing in their store and after that they told that the other products is defective and told that croma will home deliver my product on Sunday morning,i told them to give refund but they told it will take 7 days time and after that his manager told sir don't worry we will provide you the product by Sunday,when the delivery boy came to deliver the product he delivered the same product which i rejected on the store on previous day and after that when I complain about the product they are saying the product is new but when I complain about the serial number that how two products serial number could be same they don't have any reply when I said that I will file complain and bring media,at that the manager he is issuing refund,now my question is tata so cheap that they don't have products and they are selling same product which is used by someone.sorry tata but it was not expected from such a big humble customer oriented company

1.Croma is a best choice for customers. 2. But, Lokhra, Croma staff is fully new, less understanding with customers. 3. Not important customers choice from the staff. 4. On 26.07.25, I have visited. Purchased 1 item. 5. Want to Purchase one more item, but due to the lack of facilities, the staff unable to check it. 6.They said it will improve shortly and you will come later. I agree him and on 17.08.25 visited again. 7. What a miracle, one staff said , there is no facility to check the item. 8. The staff said you can check from online and purchase from online also. 9. What a cool reply from the staff, he worked for Croma and directed to check and purchase from online. 10. Most of customers purchase online today's days. But some times it needs to verify store also. 11. By the way, Croma will improve it.

I feel very good experience in the store and staff are very polite ... specially Nayan Boro
