This is a review for those who are planning to buy products from this store. 1. We bought a new Tata Voltas Ac 1.5 tone on 14/6/25. 2. They gave us an old remote which was a repaired one. Photo added with repaired date written on it. 3. Remote doesn't work as it was already broken before. We came to know about it when we check and found it out. 4. The information given by the sales person and by Tata customer service is different. 5. When we call the store regarding the problem with the AC, they keep on jumping the call to one another instead of solving our problems. 6. When another person call again we have to repeat our issue again and again. 7. It happen to us for around 5/6 times to repeat the problem. 8. They told us to call the customer service to register for service, we did it we got a message for it. 9. But what happened is the service engineer never call untill we call. 10. When we call he told us he will connect but never came or call again. 11. When we got the new remote from the store ourselves, now there is a problem with the AC itself again. 12. Fed up of it. Worst service, worst sales person, never pick-up calls by the sales service person.

Absolutely terrible experience with Great Eastern Trading Co Junali Guwahati. We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator on 3rd August and within just 3 months it completely stopped working. The compressor failed and the fridge started giving off a foul chemical smell. The worst part isn’t even the product, it’s the store’s behaviour. The manager is shockingly rude and unprofessional. I spoke to him personally on behalf of my parents who live in Guwahati and he had the audacity to tell me to contact the electricians myself, saying “I’m not the one coming to your house to fix it.” We weren’t even told who the electricians were in the first place. Absolutely arrogant and dismissive. I even visited the store three times hoping to get some resolution but every time the manager was conveniently “not available” either out for lunch or clearly avoiding the issue altogether. No accountability, no courtesy, and certainly no respect for customers. Do not buy from this store. Once your product is sold, they completely wash their hands off any responsibility.

Worst staff management. Never buy from them. You wont get any post service after buying any product. This is very unprofessionalism. I have bought haier A/C from them and the staff (krishna)’s behaviour truly unsatisfactory. Dont know how to talk with with a customer despite of buying products from them. Please dont buy any products.

Good but it's been 5-6 days that I am trying to call on the website given number and noone actually receives them. It is really unexpected.

The price is very competitive, much lower than any other store in the entire north east region.

4th June 23rd bought Ac , 5th June installed but, not properly leaking water inside my room . Several time I informed them but no response.. it’s means after sale service is very poor . I will not recommend any one to purchase from them .

Please don't buy any appliance from there Staff dnt give importance if any default found

I bought a bluestar ac on 11/06/2025 but till now no one came for installation. The store is not even receiving calls from us. Very poor service from GETCO, Junali
