I have purchased a double door whirlpool refrigerator which was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday at 12 PM but instead it was delivered at 8:30 PM. Also for installation Today I waited the whole day but the technician didn't show up. This type of service is not expected from an enterprise.

This showroom situated just near to the Pantaloons Mall,it was my first visit today, good experience with the staff, Price discount rate is good, overall a nice visit.

Very bad experience. They'll sell you the worst product in their showroom which goes bad immediately after emi payment is over not even two years lasting. The refrigerator we bought from this showroom went bad last month tried calling them they wouldn't pick up the call nor call back.

I had purchased a 1.5 ton LG dual inverter AC on 02.06.24 but after installation and running for just two days the AC is not cooling any more. Complained at their shop as well as customer care but nobody cared. Very much disappointed with the behaviour of the shop, seems like selling faulty electrical goods that are on high demand and thereafter not turning up for its after service.

I have heard about this from my friend. Believe me this is one of the best in Guwahati in terms of price range, variety and finance.
