The staff was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, guiding me to the right product without any pressure. The store was clean, well-organized, and maintained a professional environment. Such a bad experience. Been to so many apple stores around india as well as other countries. Been to this one twice and the sales person wearing black uniform is so ill behaved. Not welcoming at all. Had to go and wait so that someone might approach but no. We had to approach someone and he didn’t respond back. Asked to buy a charger adapter we were asked to wait 20mins for billing. Asked a simple question to that my iphone 13 sound issue is there since 2days could you let me know more information. He straight up said no we don’t know. Very bad service. Never had such an experience even when I was young and just went to explore new products on release every year in other stores.

In my experience it’s very good customer service and dealings, I brought premium iPhone from there if planning to have the iPhone go for it

Excellent Service, very professional staff, I was able to purchase a Series 10 apple watch sitting all the way in Delhi and get it picked up by my uncle in Guwahati. Super impressed and highly recommended.

I went to buy the iPhone 17 and the sales guy forced me to buy accessories of around Rs. 3500. When I declined to buy additional accessories, he refused to sell me the phone. I walked out and bought from a Croma store. This is how pathetic this iDestiny store is. Apple Inc should really check their scummy resellers. Apple should have a review system enabling rating their resellers.

Very nice experience. Staffs are very welcoming and eager to help you choosing the right iphone. Overall it was truly a great experience.

So rude behaviour of these boys. They r arguing with the customer for asking them to show the products. Pathetic sales guys. Need to change their attitude. They should understand that everybody doesnt enter an idestiny showroom n only those who intends to buy. I don’t know what are the criteria’s of selection of employees in the store. May b those wid the ability to behave badly.
