Maitri Traders

We purchased this IFB dishwasher in 2022 December , from a local dealer here in Guwahati named Maitri Traders ! And it’s been a nightmare ever since ! We visited the dealer and saw this old same piece which was for show in the dealer and they have delivered us the same faulty machine not a new and fresh one ! And because of that we have been facing problems using this faulty machine ! It does not run more than 2 days then water starts leaking again from all over , the front door also does not closes fully which we pointed out when we first called the technician from IFB , but they ignored it saying it’s not an issue and we have been facing the same issue again and again ! We have spent way more than the actual cost of the product on repairing and servicing and nor even once the machine ran in proper condition for more than 2 days !! It has become a constant loop and we faced the worst experience using a product first time from this brand called IFB and to add , their service also sucks ! The service technicians fooled us the first time by ignoring the faulty machine and mislead us and kept us from claiming warranty !!! Both the company and the dealer have fooled us big time and taken advantage of our trust ! I guess this should be bought to people so that people do not purchase stuffs from such type of irresponsible fraud dealers and an incompetent company !!!

The shittiest services ever.. I have purchased a high end LG 5star AC on 12th of June but today is 15th of June yes I haven’t received the service.. I called the salesman and the authorised store number but I have got zero response. Is this fare? I request every buyer not to buy any such products which needs service.. The Maiyatri Tradesr only focus on sales not in service. I made a mistake that I bought the AC from Maiyatri Traders. The biggest regret ever while purchasing goods🙂‍↔️

This is such a beautiful electronic shop with lots of electronic items available. You can get here from TV to PS4. There are lots of brand from Samsung, Lg to Kutchina. Also, they have a lot of variety in their products. So, you can definitely go and check as per your requirement. Look wise it's great,but after sale service is pathetic. They don't give a shot about you. So 1 star down.

Staffs only concern is to sell ..no proper feedback..even after spending 1.3L they don't offer water

I purchased a laptop mouse, after 3 weeks suddenly the scroller becomes unfunction, so I went to to Maitri Traders and said my problem I have purchased from this shop and shows the bill. But the shop manager says me to go to the Service centre for a mouse it's a very awkward moment I feel that time. So in place of replacement new mouse they just finding a reason. Not a supportive customer service in this store...

Good for buying electronic appliances..bought washing machine, microwave, dishwasher etc from the shop..EMI facilities are also available.from Bajaj Finserv..Capital etc.Staffs are good.. within few minutes they made my EMI card and also delivered those appliances to my residence..

I purchased an item from Betala Store approximately three months ago. From the beginning, I’ve been facing issues with the product and have reported it to them multiple times for service. However, there has been no response till date. This is one of the most bogus services I’ve encountered, with a completely unprofessional culture.

They only know to sell can't even provide installation service
