Great place and great behaviour..I happen to stumble upon them over a rare speaker and they managed it on same day where other big brands like Croma, Idestiny and reliance digital said they don’t have stock and will have to wait but Rahul took some time and got it arranged within few hours. I am pleased to say that overall the behaviour, attention to details, query resolution of customer and giving a great price made me happy today. Overall very good experience. They explained at length the technicalities related to 3star Ac and 5 star Ac, in terms of cooling and power consumption. As we had also done our homework in detail,from Google, before visiting the shop, it helped us in making enquiries related to our purchase.Therefore we had no trouble in making the right selection as per our requirement. Their after sales service is also commendable.

This is a shop I once liked very much. The staff used to be courteous and helpful. I had made several big purchases from it in the past. But it has changed for the worse. Yesterday I called up the shop to inquire about an air conditioner, and the guy who picked up (some Mr Harsh) spoke to me as if he was offended that I dared to call him. I felt as if I am a beggar asking for alms. I was shocked. This business has become complacent and taking their customers for granted, I feel. I have decided never again to set foot in it. There are much better shops with much better people around . If they treat their regular customers like this, I shudder to think what happens to those who come there for the first time or for small purchases
