Very poor service and professionalism from staff. Un-attentive to customers request on service booking or product delivery. Have bought several items from this store but my recent purchase of an AC has made me realize to never suggest or purchase from here ever again. It is suggested that the staff learn how to communicate better to provide hassle free services post purchase. PS - Work done from 2-4pm is not first half, staff provided fake assurance of work being done in the morning(first) half while as a customer I knew it was not possible still your employees tried to guarantee something they couldn't provide. Also review and complaint registered before any of you could help or sort it out and my review comes from my purchase and honest opinion, not to satisfy your ego. Thanks, at least you all learnt something today.

Very poor service. They have given commitment but couldn't keep their commitment of delivering our tv on time.They have no stock on their godown and without any hesitation they promise the customer and give them time that they will deliver the product. They take the full payment earlier so that the customer couldn't do anything. So never ever visit this place and never make full payment becoz they give commitment but couldn't keep their words

We recently acquired a 55-inch Sony LED television from this establishment, and the purchase included a complimentary gift valued at ₹8,000. Despite two weeks having passed, we have been informed that the gift is currently unavailable and will be delivered at a later date. This situation suggests that the promotional offers used to drive sales may be misleading. We advise exercising caution.

Worst experience ever...we have to suffer a lot for irresponsible behaviour from your service team.In 2023,I purchased six ACs.But still not received one swing plate.This is so pathetic. After repeated communication they don't respond our calls and messages.Specially Bikash purbey the service guy does not have the minimum courtesy.If not possible for delivery the swing plate then it's a responsibility from your side to confirm us.I personally never recomend to purchase from this shop.

They have good number of electronic items in the shop. Shopping takes long time. I don't know why the staff delay the dealings. One staff was a bit rude and he was very restless in his dealing with us and compelling us to take the item he wanted us to take not the one we needed.

Bought a deep fridge two days back. First they sent me a used fridge. Then they replaced it with a fridge that doesn't cool . Very pathetic service. You cannot be wrong twice. Stop selling refurbished goods. as your answer says you are refunding the money. Would like to know the timeline for the same and also when will you pick-up the junk of a refrigerator that you sold me?
