OnePlus Experience Store

I went to city centre mall on 5th September to buy oneplus 13s but there was no store. I asked the security person and he said it is permanently closed. Where is the store in Guwahati now? Adding: i finally bought my oneplus 13s during big billion days . And as expected my charging adaptor is not working only after 1.5 month. I called service centre and they said I have go to service centre along with phone bill box . I told them I will sent the adaptor with one of my friend. But they said they can't detect the issue of adapter without my device. But being a common customer I can detect it but their engineering can't . Don't buy oneplus phone. Their service centre are very pathetic. Once u have some issues you will suffer a lot.

This store is at City Center mall,GS Road, Christianbasti. We went there to check out the latest model of One plus. The staffs there weren't much cooperative. When asked about the features, they won't explain you in details. Overall the staff had little product knowledge. Less approachable. Their customer service is not up to the mark.

Very smooth experience from purchase, migration of data from old phone, new phone setup all done within the store. No hassles no surprises. Phone looking great. Great experience overall 💯

very bad experience… they don’t know anything… i visited two times just for a earphone… after showing my invoice they asked my picture of earphone box… Then second time again i visited there and shown my invoice and picture of earphone boxes…then they said without box we cannot replace…. If they need box then they should ask me before only… they totally unware about there rules and regulations… simply they are hampering people nothing more than that…. and I have seen these service centre in very worst condition no ventilation, no fan, no lighting capacity… Worst service ever…Don’t visit

Visited the OnePlus Experience Store hoping to try out the OnePlus Pad 2 before making a purchase. Unfortunately, the demo unit wasn't working. When I asked when it would be up and running, the staff couldn't give a clear timeline—just said it might take a few days or even a week. What was more disappointing was the lack of enthusiasm or effort from the staff. There was no attempt to offer an alternative or even take my contact details for a follow-up. It didn't feel like they were particularly interested in selling or helping. Considering this is the only OnePlus Experience Store in the entire North East (as per their claim), I expected a much better level of service and preparedness. I eventually ended up buying the Pad 2 online, but this visit left a lot to be desired. Hope they improve the in-store experience going forward.

Thank you to the staff, especially Mr Akib, for helping me throughout the selection and purchase of a good phone within 25k budget. He had immense patience and made efforts in helping me with the new phone set up. I purchased Oneplus Nord CE4 and the phone is great. The store is well maintained...

One of the best store in Guwahati. Employees are so humble. Others should learn from them
